The project, which will operate as a workspace on the lower floor of The Stock Kafe, is conceived as a multifunctional interior design that brings together users’ practices of working, thinking, and socializing within a single spatial framework. While aiming to provide a balanced transition between individual focus areas and shared spaces, the design seeks to create a calm, minimal, and timeless atmosphere.
The design approach is grounded in the use of natural materials and a neutral color palette. Light-toned wooden surfaces create a sense of warmth and continuity within the space, while textured wall finishes add depth and break visual monotony. The light-colored, matte-finished surfaces chosen for the floors and walls enhance the perception of spaciousness and allow natural light to be distributed evenly throughout the interior.
Wooden furniture used in workstations and shared seating areas supports the space’s minimal design language through its clean forms, with ergonomics prioritized. Transparent and semi-transparent partition elements provide visual separation between areas without disrupting spatial continuity. These elements address the need for privacy while preserving the overall cohesive perception of the space.
In the lighting design, linear and pendant luminaires are used together to create a lighting scheme that is both functional and atmospheric. While the general lighting provides a simple and uniform illumination, task lighting in work and seating areas enhances user comfort. Plants add vitality to the space, softening the impact of hard surfaces.
In conclusion, through its material language, balanced spatial organization, and user-centered approach, this project offers a contemporary interior proposal that supports both individual productivity and collective interaction.
