The management offices continue the project's cohesive design and material language established throughout the shared spaces. The layout combines an efficient individual workspace, an elegant meeting area, and an organically shaped lounge that encourages informal conversations, all within a fluid, unified space.
The expansive interior is articulated through brass-accented vertical elements that subtly define functional zones, creating an office environment that is both hierarchical and open in character.
The project's signature material, deep green marble with its rich texture, is featured as a striking accent in the shelving system behind the executive desk and on the meeting room feature wall. Paired with matte lacquer panels and smoked-toned natural wood flooring, this elegant stone lends the office a sense of warmth, sophistication, and authority. The balance between the rational lines of the workspace and the soft curves of the lounge area is further enhanced by vertical wall sconces and linear lighting that elegantly emphasize the architectural niches.
