Designed to evoke a quiet and effortless sense of comfort, the project embraces light colors, soft transitions, and carefully balanced lighting to create a space that feels calm, slow, and unforced. Rather than directing movement, the atmosphere invites pause and ease.
Multiple spatial arrangements were studied through alternative uses of an upholstered pouf, a single bed, and a dressing table.
In order to allow the space to adapt to different scenarios, various layout studies were conducted using alternative configurations such as an upholstered pouf, a single bed, and a dressing table. This approach enables the room to respond to both short-term accommodation and everyday use.
Storage units were conceived as an integral part of the architectural language rather than as independent elements. Integrated surfaces, arched cabinet details, and vertically fluted panels enhance the sense of rhythm and depth within the space.
While aiming for a timeless and calm atmosphere through material selection, light-toned wood surfaces, matte lacquered cabinetry, and textured textiles were used in combination. Bronze-tinted glass surfaces and metal details introduce controlled reflections and layered lighting effects, contributing to a more sophisticated spatial perception.
Lighting was supported through concealed illumination within niches and cabinetry volumes, ensuring both functional clarity and a cohesive atmosphere.
Through a neutral color palette, soft transitions, and balanced proportions, the space was conceived as a serene and inviting interior offering flexible, multi-purpose use while maintaining an elegant and composed character.
